No wonder Scribbles has level 65 because I know she is a moderator on Bin Weevils also editor of famous magazine called weevil weekly. She is hard to find but are sometimes seen around to monitor the bin areas, therefore as a special weevil currently no accept buddy requests. From the picture below she has a super antenna.

She is the only one who can get past level 60 among weevils, except when bandit hacked/hacks here and used to steal xp in the past. But bandit permanently blocked from binweevils site but rumored he still uses his hacks to log on, if it’s true then there is a possibility he is still stealing XP from Scribbles.
